- Ongoing management of immigration / work permits, payroll, employee benefits, 401(k) plans, contracts, hiring, terminations, and compliance with city, county, state and federal employment legislation
- Updating of Employee Handbooks to ensure compliance remains current.
- Provision of guidance to line managers who need to handle potential issues that may lead to undesirable outcomes.
Admin Support
- Administration of Payroll Services.
- New hire employee on boarding.
- Provision and maintenance of an Employee Handbook specifically customized for each client.
- Employee Benefit Administration. This includes managing the implementation and maintenance of health-related insurance, life insurance, health savings accounts and retirement accounts, if any.
- Administration of Insurance Services, including General Liability, D&O, Workers Compensation, E&O, Cyber, and Product Liability coverage, as and when required.
- Business License and Business Registration applications and renewals.
- Act as the registered address of the CLIENT’s business for the receipt of mail and handling and forwarding such correspondence as and when necessary.
- Additional ad hoc general administrative support as needed from time to time.
